Information you provide

When you sign up for email updates, you provide your email address. The form sends it directly to Brevo, our email service provider, to process your subscription and confirmation. This landing page does not keep a separate subscriber database or save your email address in your browser. If you contact us, we may receive your contact details and the information you choose to include.

Brevo processes signup information and may process related technical and email-delivery information under its service settings and policies. See Brevo’s privacy policy. These providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live.

Cookies and tracking

This landing page does not include advertising pixels, third-party analytics scripts, or browser storage of signup information. Our hosting and email providers may use essential technologies and technical records to provide and secure their services. External sites you choose to visit have their own cookie and privacy practices.

Your choices and retention

Signing up is optional. You can view the event page without joining the email list. Follow the confirmation instructions sent to your inbox to finish signing up, and use the unsubscribe link in 50501 emails to stop future updates.

Subscription records are managed through Brevo. Information may be retained as needed to provide requested updates, honor unsubscribe preferences, address security issues, or meet legal obligations. Unsubscribing does not necessarily delete all subscription or suppression records.

You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your signup information. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have additional privacy rights. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

October 17 is the event date, not a universal early voting date. Voting eligibility, deadlines, locations, and procedures depend on your jurisdiction. Verify the rules with your state or local election office or through Vote.gov. This website does not provide individualized legal advice.

Content and sharing

Logos, artwork, video, text, and other materials belong to their respective owners. You may share links to this page.
